At Hub4Machines, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Order Processing

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within the number of  business days as mentioned in each individual product, (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping:

We ship across India using reliable courier partners. The estimated delivery time is between [number of days, e.g., 3-7] business days, depending on your location, which is as per standard by the transport service vendor.

Shipping Carriers:

Our shipping partners include [names of courier services, e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, etc.]. We choose the most efficient carrier based on your delivery address.

Delivery Time Variations:

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors, such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier service disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping:

The Shipping charges are not included in the cost of product, If customer chooses to have Shipment to be dispatched on To-Pay basis we can dispat.ch the same by To-pay basis, else, if once order is placed, based on the Customer's / Client's preference of AIR / ROAD / RAIL, we will work out charges on basis of weight, dimensions, and destination of the order & inform the Customer / Client of the charges. 

Free Shipping:

We do not offer free shipping on orders. If applicable on any particular item, it will be mentioned in the product description.

Additional Charges:

If your delivery location is in a remote area or requires additional shipping fees, we will contact Customer / Client before shipping the order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow up to 1-2 working days for the tracking information to update, once order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order to the specified address. If you are unavailable, they may attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order placement. Hub4Machines will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is undelivered or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or [Phone Number]. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.

Replacements or Refunds:

In cases where the package cannot be recovered, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, subject to our investigation.

7. International Shipping

Hub4Machines will offer international shipping on case-to-case basis depending upon the product / order. 

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and product. We will evaluate the situation and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund. However, for all orders we recommend Customer / Client to insure the consignment before dispatch (within India or for International shipping)
